It’s hard to go wrong when including these four elements in your dishes as they are great sources of nutrients and protein, and they make for filling meals that won’t leave you hungry soon after. Make things even easier on yourself by using canned or frozen veggies and precooked protein, like the canned tuna used in this tasty recipe.
