  • Melt butter in skillet set over medium heat; stir in rice, cream cheese and milk. Cook, stirring often, for 5 to 8 minutes or until creamy and rice is heated through.

  • Remove from heat; stir in Cheddar. Mix for about 1 minute or until cheese is melted.

  • Sprinkle with green onions before serving.
