Loaded Nacho Rice Dip

The epitome of loaded nachos, but in a dip! Rice, taco seasoning, lean ground beef, sour cream, pickled jalapeño peppers and tomatoes served with tortilla chips and guacamole.

  • In a medium saucepan combine rice, 1/2 packet taco seasoning and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 15 minutes.

  • Meanwhile in a large skillet brown beef. Add onions and remaining taco seasoning. Reduce heat to low and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • In a large bowl combine rice and sour cream. Stir in beef mixture, tomatoes and cheese. Top with jalapeños.

  • Serve warm with tortilla chips and guacamole, if desired.


Recipe Tips

Makes 5 cups garnish with additional sliced jalapeñoss, sour cream and tomatoes on the side.
