This siracha ranch dipping sauce blends ranch and siracha perfectly, with corn, yellow and red bell peppers. Serve with pita chips or crackers.

  • Prepare rice according to package directions. Cool.

  • In a medium saucepan heat oil over medium heat. Add corn and saute until corn begins to brown, about 3 minutes.

  • In a large bowl combine ranch dressing and sriracha.

  • Fold in rice, corn and bell peppers. Serve with pita chips or your favorite cracker or chip.
