Prepare rice according to package directions.
Meanwhile, make avocado tzatziki. In medium bowl, stir together yogurt, avocado, grated cucumber, oil, lemon juice, garlic, dill, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper until blended.
Toss together chickpeas, tomatoes, cucumber, red onions, black olives, chicken, spinach, feta and Greek vinaigrette. Top rice with Greek salad mixture and drizzle with avocado tzatziki.
For vegetarian option, omit chicken or substitute with plant-based meat substitute.
