Need some tips for making your next fried rice dish? While stir fries can be made with different types of rice, we recommend using Jasmine rice. These fragrant grains are perfect for this kind of dish because they cook up light and fluffy every time. Even better if you have time to cook them the day before and let them chill overnight in the fridge. This makes for grains that have had time to dry out and are ready for cooking to the perfect golden crisp that is ideal in fried rice.
