  • Cook rice according to package directions. Whisk together soy sauce, orange juice, miso, honey, ginger and sesame oil.

  • Divide rice among 4 bowls. Arrange smoked salmon, asparagus, carrots, avocado, edamame and pickled ginger over top. Drizzle with dressing. Sprinkle with sesame seeds
