Step 1
In a 2 quart saucepan, combine Basmati Rice, broth, salt and saffron. Bring the liquid to a boil and stir once. Reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until all of the liquid is absorbed.

Stir in the butter, lime juice and cilantro. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
