Making a delicious dinner was never as easy as this Crockpot Chicken and Rice Dinner created by Christine McMichael at Jar of Lemons! Seasoned chicken cooked with a premium blend of Jasmine Rice with Red & Wild Rice, broccoli florets and cheese!
Step 1
Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot and season with garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Step 2
Set the crockpot on high for 1 hour.
Step 3
Add in the rice and broth.
Step 4
Cook on high for another 30 minutes.
Step 5
Remove the chicken and cut into small cubes.
Step 6
Place the chicken back into the slow cooker and add in the broccoli, yogurt, and 1/2 of the cheese.
Step 7
Mix everything together and cook on high for another 45 minutes.
Step 8
Add in the remaining cheese, stir, and cook on high for another 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
