Using Carolina® Rice Varieties at Mealtime

Rice Preparation

The ratio that you should use is 3:1, so 3 cups of water for every 1 cup of rice. In a microwave safe bowl, combine the rice and water. If you are using a high setting then heat for ten minutes. If you are using a medium setting then heat for 20 minutes.
