If you’re wondering whether you should use a wok or skillet for this recipe, the answer is a wok. Although, if you don’t have a wok on hand, a skillet or frying pan works well too. The reason we recommend you use a wok is that it helps to distribute the heat evenly throughout the pan making for a quicker and more even cooking time for all of the ingredients. A skillet will work too, it just may take a few more minutes and you’ll have to monitor all of the ingredients cook time.
