Step 1
Prepare Carolina® Ready to Heat Spicy Jalapeño Jasmine Rice according to package instructions. Then pour into a bowl to cool.

In a bowl, add the peeled shrimp with cajun spice, cayenne, and a drizzle of oil. Mix well until fully coated.
Step 3
Add chopped garlic into frying pan with oil. When it starts to brown, add the shrimps and cook until they change color.
Step 4
Prepare the mango and avocado pico de gallo. Cut the tomato into squares, discarding the pulp. Chop the onion and cilantro then cut the jalapeños into small cubes.
Step 5
Cut the mango and avocado into equal-sized cubes.
Step 6
Pour it all in a bowl and season with lime juice, salt and pepper.
Step 7
Once you have all the elements ready, assemble the burrito bowl by putting a good amount of rice into a bowl, and adding shrimp along with a generous spoonful of mango and avocado pico de gallo.
