How to Cook Organic Rice

Our organic white rice can be cooked over the stove, in the microwave, in a rice cooker, Instant Pot and more.

To cook your rice traditionally over the stove: In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 teaspoon salt per cup of uncooked rice, if desired. Stir in 1 cup of rice, cover, reduce the heat to simmer for 20 minutes or until all water is absorbed.
*1 Cup of uncooked rice yields 3 ½ cups cooked rice.
