Step 1
Clean the portobello mushrooms and remove the stems. Set aside.
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine the ginger, teriyaki sauce, and honey. Mix well and set aside.
Step 3
Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and portobello mushrooms and cook for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender.
Step 4
Reduce heat to low and pour the sauce into the skillet. Coat the mushrooms evenly and cook for 2–3 more minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly.
Step 5
Heat Carolina® Ready to Heat Teriyaki Fried Rice according to package instructions and toss with the fresh spinach.
Step 6
Stuff each portobello mushroom with the teriyaki rice and spinach mixture. Serve warm and garnish with black and white toasted sesame seeds.
