Step 1
In a saucepan, combine coconut milk and 1 1/2 cups water; bring to a boil. Stir in Jasmine with Quinoa and salt. Cover and reduce heat to low; cook for about 20 minutes or until Jasmine with Quinoa is tender.
Step 2
Stir in honey, vanilla and cinnamon. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Divide among 4 bowls. Top with bananas, pineapple, mango, coconut and chia seeds.
Tips
For a crunchy topping, substitute hemp hearts and toasted cashews or almonds for the chia seeds.
