Step 1
Season chicken with salt and pepper.

Coat with cornstarch.

Add oil and butter to frying pan and brown the chicken on both sides.

Mix the soy sauce, agave syrup, grated ginger, and minced garlic in a bowl.

Once the chicken is almost ready, pour in sauce and boil.

Lower the heat to medium once the sauce begins to thicken. Then turn the chicken until the meat has absorbed the sauce.

Meanwhile, prepare Carolina® Ready to Heat Yellow Rice according to package instructions.

Cut up chicken and serve on a bed of rice.

For garnish, add garlic slices and sesame seeds.
