Use your air-fryer tonight and make this crispy fried rice recipe!
In a small bowl, combine, rice, vegetable oil and garlic. Transfer to a greased tin foil-lined air-fryer insert.
Preheat air fryer according to manufacturer’s instructions. Place pan in air-fryer. Cook at 350°F, stirring halfway through for 10 to 12 mins or until rice is lightly toasted and crunchy.
Open the air fryer and pour beaten eggs over the rice. Close and cook for 5 to 8 mins or until rice is cooked through. Break up egg and rice.
Open air fryer. Stir in peas and carrots into rice. Add red pepper flakes. Close and cook for 3 to 4 mins until vegetables are heated through.
Meanwhile in a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce and sesame oil.-Toss with rice.
Divide rice among 2 bowls. Drizzle each plate with 1 tbsp sriracha. Garnish with green onions.
Substitute eggs with leftover chicken, pork or beef if desired.
