These cripsy Arancini Rice Balls are an Italian delicacy that are sure to impress guests at your next gathering.
Step 1
Heat rice according to package directions allow to cool on a plate.
Step 2
Add the chopped ham to the rice and mix.
Step 3
With your hands coated in oil, take the rice, spread it in the palm of your hand and place a piece of cheese in the center. Roll and squeeze well. Repeat until the rice has melded with the cheese.

Roll in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs, in that order.

Spray with oil spray and cook in air fryer at maximum power for about 10 minutes or until the Arancini are golden brown.

Meanwhile prepare the yogurt dip to go with it. Add grated garlic, a pinch of salt and a little oil to the yogurt. Mix.
Step 7
Serve the arancini on a bed of yogurt dip and sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
