Here’s the perfect recipe to cook at BBQs or whenever your craving some grilled meat and veggies.
Step 1
In a bowl, add olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and mix with spices. Add the beef cubes and toss to coat well.

Leave to marinate for around 30 minutes (you can also leave it overnight in the fridge for extra flavor).

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 15–30 minutes to prevent burning.

Place the marinated beef onto skewers with pieces of red onion or bell pepper.

Preheat grill to medium-high and cook skewers for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked to your preferred doneness.
Step 6
Prepare Carolina® Ready to Heat Basmati Rice according to the package instructions. Fluff gently with a fork.

Serve the beef kebabs hot over the fluffy basmati rice. Add a side of lemon wedges, fresh herbs, and a drizzle of yogurt or tahini sauce if desired.

For a shortcut, use store-bought kebab seasoning or spice rub instead of mixing individual spices.
