  • Prepare rice according to package directions. Spread rice on a sheet pan to cool completely*.

  • Heat sesame oil in a large non-stick wok or skillet over high heat. Add eggs and quickly scramble until eggs are soft cooked. Remove egg to a dish and keep warm. Wipe out wok.

  • Add remaining oil to wok and stir-fry chicken 5 minutes. Add salt, garlic and ginger. Continue to stir-fry until chicken is done, about 3 minutes.

  • Add rice and stir-fry until heated through. Add peas, carrots, green onions, soy sauce and reserved egg. sauté until all ingredients are well combined and heated through.


Recipe Tips

For softer rice add 1/4 cup more water. For firmer rice add 1/4 cup less water.
